In addition to our consulting services, we develop custom systems tailored to our partners’ specific needs, including power distribution units and centralized FTI control systems.

Power Distribution Unit (PDU)

Flight Tech Solutions supports the design and production of Power Distribution Systems customized according to our partners’ requirements.

One of the key advantages of this system is that it allows the commissioning of FTI systems without the need for aircraft power, offering flexibility and efficiency during integration.

The system is fully customizable, providing a highly flexible solution for our partners.

Thanks to its I/O capabilities, the FTI system can be synchronously controlled from multiple points. In case of emergencies, the integrated Kill Switch allows safe disconnection of the FTI system from the aircraft.

Another notable feature is the built-in UPS system, capable of supporting a load of 80 Amps at approximately 28V for up to 10 minutes during emergencies. This ensures that critical aircraft parameters and recordings are always secured and never lost.

FTI Computer

Our FTI Computer acts as the main control system for FTI operations, enabling centralized control of all instrumentation.

In addition to providing real-time FTI system status updates to FTE engineers and pilots during flights, it offers several advanced features through its integrated control interface, including:

• Time-tagging of events on recorded data
• Pre-flight zeroing for strain gauge sensors
• Initiating data recording
• Controlling telemetry systems

These functionalities make it an essential part of any reliable and efficient FTI setup.
